Delivery Policy
- You will be notified of your delivery window the day prior or morning of your scheduled delivery.
- It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the nominated time and address.
- If no one is available, the cake will be left in a safe place at the discretion of the delivery driver, and we take no responsibility for damage or loss after delivery.
- Please ensure delivery instructions are clear and accessible.
Satisfaction Concerns
- If you are not satisfied with your smashcake, please contact us at hello@smashedpinata.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your cake.
- Include clear photographs and a brief explanation of the issue.
- While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to working with you to find a fair and reasonable resolution.
